Liebe Katzenfreundinnen,

ich vermiete ein gemütliches, voll möbliertes Zimmer in meiner hellen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung am Frankfurter Tor.

In der Wohnung leben außerdem meine beiden supersüßen Katzenschwestern Kisa & Sushi 🐱🐱. Da ich beruflich und privat regelmäßig unterwegs bin, hast du die Wohnung oft auch für dich und kannst die entspannte Atmosphäre in der knapp 100 qm großen Wohnung genießen.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über ein bequemes Schlafsofa, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange sowie einen eigenen Balkon zur Warschauer Straße. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Bad, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine zur Verfügung.

Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Ich wünsche mir eine zuverlässige, respektvolle und möglichst ruhige Mitbewohnerin, die Katzen mag und Lust auf ein entspanntes und wertschätzendes Zusammenleben hat.

Der Zeitraum ist flexibel. Für längere Aufenthalte ab etwa einem Monat beträgt die Miete 750 € monatlich zzgl. ca. 70 € Nebenkostenbeteiligung. Für kürzere Aufenthalte beträgt die Miete 50 € pro Tag.

Dear Cat Lovers,

I am renting out a cozy, fully furnished room in my bright 3-room apartment located at Frankfurter Tor, Berlin.

Also living in the apartment are my two super sweet sister cats, Kisa & Sushi 🐱🐱. As I regularly travel for work and personal reasons, you will often have the apartment mostly to yourself and can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this spacious 100 sqm home.

The room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a desk, a clothes rack, and has its own private balcony facing Warschauer Straße. You will also have access to a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

The location is excellent, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation all within a few minutes' walk.

I am looking for a reliable, respectful, and preferably calm female flatmate who loves cats and appreciates a relaxed and considerate living environment.

The rental period is flexible. For stays of one month or longer, the rent is €750 per month plus approximately €70 in shared utility costs. For shorter stays, the rent is €50 per day.
