Da ich für ein Auslandssemester weggehe, vermiete ich meine geliebte kleine Wohnung in Charlottenburg unter. Ich suche eine zuverlässige und saubere Person, die mein Zuhause in dieser Zeit gut behandelt.

Die Eckdaten:
• Zeitraum: 01. September 2026 bis 31. Januar 2027 (evtl. mit Option auf Verlängerung, Rückkehrdatum steht noch nicht fest).
• Wohnfläche: 54 qm
• Miete: 1.500 € warm (Alles inklusive: Strom, Wifi, Wasser, Gas)
• Lage: Charlottenburg. Super Anbindung (U-Bahn Mierendorffplatz & S/U-Bahn Jungfernheide sind direkt um die Ecke).
• Anmeldung: Leider NICHT möglich.

Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und voll ausgestattet:
• Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Spülmaschine
• Waschmaschine
• TV
• Mein Fahrrad kannst du für die Zeit ebenfalls gerne nutzen!

Wen ich suche:
Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass du respektvoll mit meinen Sachen umgehst. Du solltest:
• Sauber und ordentlich sein
• Nichtraucher*in sein
• meine 2 Pflanzen pflegen :)

Hello everyone!
I am going away for a semester abroad and am subletting my beloved cozy little apartment in Charlottenburg. I am looking for a reliable and clean person who will treat my home with love and care during my absence.

The Details:
• Duration: September 1st, 2026 to January 31st, 2027 (possible extension, as I will return sometime next year).
• Size: 54 sqm
• Rent: 1,500 € warm (All bills included: electricity, fast Wi-Fi, water, gas – no hidden costs).
• Location: Charlottenburg. Great public transport connections! (U Mierendorffplatz & S/U Jungfernheide are just around the corner).
• Registration (Anmeldung): Unfortunately NOT possible.

Amenities:
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped – you basically just need to bring your suitcase.
• Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher
• Washing machine
• TV
• You are also welcome to use my bicycle during your stay!

Who I am looking for:
It is very important to me that you treat my belongings with respect. You should be:
• Clean and tidy
• A non-smoker
• have a somewhat green thumb (my plants will need some love and water)
