Apartment for rent in Friedrichshain – Berlin | September

I’m renting out my apartment in Friedrichshain, near Boxhagener Platz and Prenzlauer Berg, while I’m away on vacation.

📍 Great location:

* Tram: ~5 min walk
* U-Bahn: ~10 min walk
* Close to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need for a comfortable stay

The apartment is clean, cozy and well-organized, and I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same care. Ideally, I’d love to find a responsible and tidy person who will take good care of the place while I’m away.

📅 Available for September (1 month).

There is also a possibility to extend the stay until around the end of the year, as I’ve already discussed this with the landlord. The extension would depend on the landlord being comfortable with the person renting the apartment.
