The apartment is around 60 m2, fully furnished and has a really nice, cozy atmosphere. It’s perfect for a single person or a couple who are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Berlin for a few months.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with everything you need close by:

• Supermarkets and everyday essentials within walking distance
• Nice cafés and restaurants around the corner
• A lake nearby, perfect for walks and relaxing
