Ich suche ab 15.09. eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, weil ich ausziehe. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock, ca. 50 m2 groß mit je einem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche, und Balkon. Außerdem stehen einen Spielplatz, Sauna, Fitnessraum und Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Die Warmmiete beträgt aktuell ca. 1278 €.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Weißensee. In der Nähe gibt’s Supermärkte wie Lidl, Edeka und Kaufland sowie Apotheken, Cafés und Restaurants. ÖPNV sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar – eine Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle braucht man 8 Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Möbel und Waschmaschine müssen gegen Abstand von 500€ übernommen werden (ich nehme den Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Regal im Wohnzimmer, Sitzsack, Spiegel und Airfyer mit).
Die Wohnung kann am 02.09 besichtigt werden.
