Es handelt sich um eine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin-Mitte, in einer der gefragtesten und lebendigsten Gegenden der Stadt.
Die Wohnung hat einen klassischen Berliner Altbau-Charakter mit einfachem, funktionalem Standard und ist vollständig möbliert. Eine Anmietung ohne Möbel ist nicht möglich.
Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den Alltag braucht: Küche mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Internet sowie Strom sind im Preis enthalten, ebenso die Nutzung der gesamten Einrichtung.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige, ruhige und verantwortungsbewusste Personen. NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG.

Die Wohnung:

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch geschnitten:
große Küche mit Platz zum Kochen und Essen
Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Fenster
ruhiges Schlafzimmer zum Erholen
helles Wohnzimmer mit großem Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten und Sofa zum Entspannen
Außerdem gibt es ausreichend Stauraum durch Kommode und Kleiderständer.
Die Wohnung ist tagsüber sehr hell und liegt im ruhigen Hinterhaus, wodurch sie trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig ist.
Im Haus wohnen freundliche Nachbarn, darunter auch Familien, wodurch die Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr entspannt und nicht partyorientiert ist.
In der Umgebung befinden sich eine Musikschule sowie eine Kirche, die gelegentlich hörbar sind – mich persönlich stört das nicht, gehört aber zur typischen Berliner Kiezatmosphäre dazu.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

In der Wohnung hat kürzlich eine Katze gelebt, daher ist sie nicht für Allergiker geeignet.

There is a music school and a church nearby, so you may occasionally hear sounds from them – this is part of the typical Berlin neighborhood atmosphere.

A cat has recently lived in the apartment, so it is not suitable for people with allergies.
