du suchst kurzfristig oder nur tageweise eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und möchtest dich wohlfühlen und in Ruhe schlafen können? Gerne teile ich meine Oase mit dir :)

Du schläft entweder auf einer meiner sehr bequemen Matratzen in meinem Hobbyzimmer oder auf meiner großen bequemen Schlafcoach (Platz für 3 Personen) im Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Welcher Raum es sein wird, hängt von meinen Umständen ab. Beide Zimmer sind dem grünen und ruhigen Innenhof zugewandt, wo keine Straße ist. Da beide Zimmer zur Südseite und grünen Innenhof-Oase zeigen, wirst du dich über viel Tageslicht und Vögelgezwitscher freuen können.

Ebenso hast du Zugang zum Bad, die eine Regendusche für dich bereit hält. Hier kannst du alle Sorgen abduschen und dich danach wie neu geboren fühlen.

Gegessen hast du im Besten Fall schon auswärts. Meine Küche ist sehr klein - hier halte ich mich sehr oft auf. Grundsätzlich sollte es nach Absprache aber kein Problem sein, wenn du dir einen Kaffee oder Tee kochen oder etwas zum Warmmachen mitbringen möchtest. Bisher haben wir immer eine Lösung gefunden ;) Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann die Küche mitbenutzt werden.

Die gesamte Wohnung beinhaltet viele Holz und Naturmaterialien als Dekoration. Wenn du dich auch gerne im Grünen aufhältst, dann wirst du dich wohlfühlen ;)

WICHTIG: Da ich privat vermiete und ich mich wohler fühle, wenn ich mir einen Eindruck von dir machen kann, schicke mir doch bitte einen Link zu einem deiner Social Media Kanäle/LinkedIN/XING oder Ähnliches, wenn du einen hast, wo man mehr über dich erfahren kann. Bitte schreibe mir in deiner Anfrage ein paar Zeilen über dich, was du gerade machst und warum du eine Übernachtung in Dresden suchst. Bitte hinterlege in deinem WG-Gesucht-Profil ein aktuelles Profilbild. Ich sehe leider sehr oft kein Bild dort. Anfragen, die das nicht beinhalten, werde ich nicht beantworten aus Sicherheitsgründen.

Wenn du sonst noch etwas brauchst, gibt mir Bescheid und ich schaue, was ich für dich möglich machen kann :) Ich hoffe, dass du bei mir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hast und freue mich dich kennenzulernen.

Der Preis gilt für 1 Person pro Nacht ab der 2. Übernachtung. Die erste Nacht kostet 40 Euro. 50% sind als Anzahlung zu bezahlen - gerne per PayPal in Absprache komplett in Cash. Wen du Lust hast ein leckeres Abendessen für mich zu kochen, gebe ich gerne für diesen Tag 5 Euro Rabatt. Vielleicht gibt es etwas landestypisches, was ich mal ausprobieren sollte? Ich liebe Kulinarisches ;P

Are you looking for a centrally located accommodation near the main train station for just a few days and want to feel comfortable and sleep peacefully? I'm happy to share my space with you :)

You can either sleep on one of my very comfortable mattresses in my hobby room or on my large comfortable sofa bed (space for 3 people) in the bedroom with a balcony. Which room it will be depends on my circumstances. Both rooms face the green and quiet courtyard where there is no street noise. Since both rooms face the south side and the green courtyard oasis, you can enjoy plenty of daylight and birds singing.

You also have access to the bathroom, which has a rain shower waiting for you. Here you can wash away all your worries and feel reborn afterwards.

Ideally, you will have eaten out before arriving. My kitchen is very small, and I spend a lot of time in it. But generally, after we have discussed it, it should be no problem if you want to make yourself a coffee or tea or bring something to warm up. So far, we have always found a solution ;) For longer stays, the kitchen can be shared.

The entire apartment has many wooden and natural materials as decoration. If you also enjoy being surrounded by greenery, you will feel comfortable here ;)

IMPORTANT: Since I rent out my place privately and I feel more comfortable when I have an idea of who you are, please send me a link to one of your social media channels/LinkedIn/XING, or anything similar where I can learn more about you. Please write a few lines about yourself in your request, what you are currently doing, and why you are looking for accommodation in Dresden. Please also have a recent profile picture on your WG-Gesucht-profile. Unfortunately, I often don't see a picture there. Requests that don't include this will not be answered for security reasons.

The price is for one person per night staying more then 2 nights. 40 Euro costs the first night. 50% must be paid as a deposit - preferably via PayPal or completely in cash after consultation. If you're interested to cook a nice dinner for you and me, you'll get a 5 euro discount for that day. Maybe there is something typical of the country that I should try out? I love culinary things ;P
