Wir möchten unsere tolle Wohnung für ein paar Monate zwischenvermieten.

Unsere schöne Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer (40m2!) mit viel Platz zum Ausbreiten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Tageslicht, Dusche und Badewanne (beide separat). Alles was man braucht um schön zu Wohnen!

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit unseren Möbeln (siehe Fotos, da lade ich nach und nach die restlichen hoch). Diese bleiben auch stehen und dürfen und sollen von euch liebevoll benutzt werden.

Die Lage ist top, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ÖPNV nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entferrnt. Parken kann man umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus oder auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

We are looking for a couple or a small family to fill the rooms of our home with love and laughter while we are traveling. Enjoy our fully furnished kitchen, our cozy bedroom and our lovely huge living room, and make yourself at home.

The space
Our apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) on a street off of the Kalker Hauptstraße (main street). You have no neighbors above, only below. Half of the windows open onto the street, the other half to a park behind the house.

We have a huge living room (40m2!), that is the main living space. You can literally teach a yoga class here! Feel free to use this as a second bedroom too, with our roll out futon. Other than that, you have a cozy but still roomy kitchen, stocked with every cooking utensil you might need. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, a full size window like all the other rooms. Finally, the bedroom has a window to the back and allows for cozy and restful nights in our comfortable bed.

Guest access
You will have sole access to all of the above mentioned rooms.

Other things to note
Minimum stay is 2 months, apartment only available between March and June 2026.
