The apartment is 17m2 on the second floor of the building. It is a fully equipped apartment suitable for 1 student. It has a keycard entry meaning only you have access to the apartment making it fully secured. It has a separate closet space at the entrance. With a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer space, trash cabinet neatly stored away and multiple cabinets for storage. Dining and study area with included desk lamp large desk suitable for homework and separate desk stored underneath for additional use with lots of storage on the side. Large comfortable bed with reading light on the side easily accessible. Charging station near bed for your phone and storage underneath bed for additional clothes or anything else you want to store. Spacious bathroom with lots of storage above sink, toilet and spacious shower with removable shower head and storage on the side for hygienic products. There’s also a towel warmer in the bathroom. The whole studio also has its own heating unit. There’s also an intercom where you’ll be alerted wether a guest or delivery person has rung your apartment and you can easily let them in with the press of a button. There’s also a nice balcony facing the courtyard. The window also has a dark blind that you can pull down at the push of a button if you would like to sleep in and have your room dark when it is sunny outside.

The building itself is a nice student accommodation. There’s the reception with friendly managers that will help you with anything you may need. There’s a large study area where you can study with friends. There’s also a separate quiet study room. There’s a waiting area. There’s also a tv area where you can plug in your games. There’s also a community kitchen where you can cook with your friends or if you would like to use the oven. The apartment also has a laundry room which features multiple washing and drying machines. There’s 2 lounging areas down there as well. One where you can simply sit and wait for your laundry (you can also go back to your apartment and come back when your laundry is set to finish). The other lounging area has a large tv where you can watch Netflix or other streaming services. There’s also a gaming area with pool games and a vending machine. The apartment building also offers a cinema room that you can book in advance to watch movies with your friends. And there’s also a fully equipped gym. Both the laundry and gym are currently available 24/7. There’s also a roof top terrance and a nice communal courtyard. Trash area nestly seperated. And plenty of bike storage. Theres also security agents on sight. And theres security cameras everywhere constantly being monitored. You and the other tenants can only enter the buildings with your key card which makes it even more secure.
