Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neonwood Adlershof. Sie ist 35m2 mit eigener Einbauküche, eigenem Bad und großem Balkon.

Die Küche, abgetrennt vom Wohnraum, ist ausgestattet mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und reichlich Stauraum.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat eine Dusche einen Heizkörper um Handtücher etc zu wärmen, als auch einen Ganzkörperspiegel und einen Spiegel oberhalb des Waschbeckens mit reichlich Stauraum.

Der Wohnbereich ist ideal eingerichtet für Studenten. Ein großes Bett mit Stauraum darunter als auch daneben, eine Lampe und Steckdosen am oberen Bettrand. Zudem ein großer Schreibtisch mit Stauraum auf der Seite.

Der Balkon ähnelt einer Terasse, man hat einen Tisch mit Stühlen oder sonstige Möbel platz.

Der Eingangsbereich hat einen großen Einbauschrank, eine Garderobe und einen gemütlichen Sessel. Auch dieser Bereich ist vom restlichen Studio abgetrennt.

Zugang zur Wohnung hast nur Du als Mieter, mit einer Schlüsselkarte. Das Gelände ist 24/7 Videoüberwacht und Security steht ebenfalls 24/7 zur Verfügung.

Desweiteren befinden sich im Gebäude: eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Fitnesstudio, zwei Lernräume, ein Kinoraum, eine Rezeption für jegliche Fragen und einen Waschraum mit Billiard, Kicker und TV.

The apartment is located in Neonwood Adlershof. It is 35m2 in size with its own kitchen, bathroom and large balcony.

The kitchen, which is separated from the living area, is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom is very spacious, has a shower, a radiator to warm towels etc., a full length mirror and a mirror above the sink with plenty of storage space.

The living area is ideally set up for students. A large bed with storage space underneath, a lamp and sockets at the top of the bed. And of course a large desk with storage space on the side.

The balcony is similar to a terrace, there is place for a table with chairs or other furniture.

The entrance area has a large built-in wardrobe, a space to store shoes and jackets and a comfortable armchair. This area is also separated from the rest of the studio.

Only you as the tenant have access to the apartment with a key card. The site is under 24/7 video surveillance and security is also available 24/7.

The building also has: a community kitchen, a fitness studio, two study rooms, a cinema room, a reception for all questions and a laundry room with billiard, table football and TV.
