COVID 19 Stonierung
In der aktuellen, besonderen Situation sind unter anderem folgende Punkte als „wichtiger Grund“ anzusehen und erlauben daher die Stornierung oder Änderung des Mietvertrages:
o Einreise- bzw Ausreiseverbot im entsprechenden Herkunfts- bzw. Reiseland (für Deutschland besteht ein derzeitiges Einreiseverbot aus allen Nicht-EU-Staaten)
o Aufforderung der Regierung des Heimatlandes der jeweiligen Mieter zur sofortigen Wiederkehr in das Heimatland
o Absage/Stornierung des gesamten Erasmus- oder Studienprogrammes.
In diesen Fällen ist eine Stornierung bzw. Änderung des Mietvertrages nach §2.2 des Mietvertrages rechtlich möglich.

COVID 19 Cancellation
In the current, special situation, the following points, among others, are to be regarded as "good cause" and therefore allow the cancellation or modification of the rental agreement:
o Entry or exit ban in the respective country of origin or destination (for Germany, there is a current entry ban from all non-EU countries)
o Request from the government of the home country of the respective tenants to return immediately to their home country
o cancellation/cancellation of the entire Erasmus or study programme.
In these cases, a cancellation or change of the rental contract is legally possible according to §2.2 of the rental contract.
