The location of the apartment is rather quiet. It takes about 1 minutes to get

to the tram and Schonweide SB connection is 7 minutes by tram and 12 minutes by walk. Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Penny supermarkets, bakeries, etc. are just around the corner.

I am 26 years old and have been studying biotechnology since 2020. I am currently completing my master thesis at the beginning of July. The rest of my time I spend with my friends.

Further extension of Studio Apartment is also possible and with subjected to approval from Landlord as I am about to terminate my contract and move to new place. Anmeldung is also possible but it might take a month and after arrangement.
