Untermiete vom 3.11.2023 - 16.11.2023 (2 weeks). Ohne Anmeldung.

Einzugstermin ist flexibel. Idealerweise am 3.11.

Vorab: Die Untermiete ist nur für eine (!) einzige Person! Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt, da es ein privater Gebäudekomplex ist.

Das Apartment hättest du nur für dich. Mit einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Auch eine kleine (ausgestattete) Küche mit Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer hat eine Matratze (140x200), Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Esstisch, drei weiteren Stühlen und vielen Wandregalen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist ca. 37m2 groß. Auf den Bildern habe ich mit Weitwinkel fotografiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und hat ein schönes Laminat. Die drei Fenster bringen viel Licht und direkte Sonnenstrahlen in die Wohnung.

Es ist sehr zentral in Berlin Mitte/Gesundbrunnen. Du bist nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Osloer Str. entfernt. Relativ zentral, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Wenn du die Fenster schließt, hörst du so gut wie gar nichts von dem Straßengeschehen. Ideal wenn du gern deine Ruhe hast oder Homeoffice machst.

Die Wohnung wird teilweise möbliert vermietet - ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Matratze auf selbstgebautem Euro-Paletten-Konstrukt und vielen Wandregalen.

Ich habe inzwischen so gut wie alle meine persönlichen Gegenstände mitgenommen, damit du dich gemütlich einrichten kannst. Genau so, wie du möchtest! Ua. hab ich auch all meine Pflanzen mitgenommen, darum musst du dich nicht kümmern.

Die Kosten für GEZ, Möbel, Internet und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
Bitte achte trotzdem auf eine geringe Strom- Heizungs- und Wasserbenutzung. Falls du meinen Normalverbrauch übersteigst, zahlst du bitte die anfallenden Kosten selbst.

Eine Option auf Mietverlängerung ist nicht möglich.

You would have the apartment just for you. With a private bathroom with shower and washing machine. Also a small (equipped) kitchen with refrigerator. The room has a mattress (90x200), desk with chair, dining table, three more chairs and many wall shelves. Fast WLAN is available.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is about 37m2. The pictures I took with wide angle. The apartment is very new and has a nice laminate. The three windows bring a lot of light and direct sunlight into the apartment.

It is very central in Berlin Mitte/Gesundbrunnen. You are only a few minutes away from the U-Bahn-Osloer Str. Relatively central, yet it is very quiet. If you close the windows, you hear almost nothing of the street activity. Ideal if you like to have your peace or do home office.

The apartment is rented furnished - equipped with washing machine, fridge, mattress, self-built chill corner made out of Euro pallets and many wall shelves.

I'll still take pretty much all my personal belongings with me, so you can get cozy. Just the way you like it! I also take all my plants with me, you don't have to worry about that.

The costs for GEZ, furniture, internet and electricity are included in the rent.

It's not possible to extend the date of the sublet.

Zum U-Bahnhof Osloer Str. muss man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Bus- und Tramstation (Osloer Str./Prinzenallee) sind 3 min. Fußweg entfernt, quasi fast direkt vor der Haustür. Lidl und Penny sind auch nicht weit. Man kann schön an dem Fluss ,,Panke'' spazieren und schöne, grüne Parks in Pankow erreichen.

Der Einzug wäre schon sehr kurzfristig, wenn alles passt, dann schon am 3.11.2023.
