It's a private fully furnished 1-bed room in the house of the 2-room apartment. I am looking for a working professional, friendly flatmate who cares about the space where he/she lives. The room is only available for non-alcoholic candidates who care about cleanliness.

-It's just 4 stops away from Rathaus Spandau.
- The house is in a quiet area and on the ground floor.
- The bus lines M36 and 136 are 4 minute's walk.
- Restaurants, donner shops, gyms, banks, and supermarkets are all within a 5-8 minute walk.

Partying and loud music are not allowed because it’s a family building.
The key deposit is 400 in total, and the money will be released upon the keys' return.
