My boyfriend and I are going to sublet our apartment from 3rd March to 30th April for two months.
The apartment is in a great location between Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
From the apartment to U8 Schönleinstr. or M41 Bus stop Graefestraße are all
around 5mins on foot.
There are Edeka, Netto, Mein Höffi, Bio Company and lots of Spätti around the corner.
Plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, bars are all surrounded by our flat.
Notice!
1) We have a black cat, Atmos at home. He is a very nice, cute and social cat.
We are looking for a cat person who can take care of him during these two months.
However, Atmos is also a jealous cat. He doesn't like to hang out with the other pets.
Unfortunately that is impossible to bring other pets to the flat.
2) This flat is not suitable for WG.
3) No party at this flat.
