I'm looking for nachmieter for my studio appartment in Berlin.

Most important facts:
1. You HAVE TO . be a student in Berlin with valid immatriculation
2. Location: Alexanderplatz, new building
3. I would like to sell my furniture
4. The documents have to be sent to my hausverwaltung on maximum 28th of December 2017
5. The viewing is possible on upcoming Monday after 19.00

The contract doesn’t have limitation period of minimum or maximum length, you can cancell it every semester without consequences or anytime of the year if you find next tentant


Apartment details:
24 meters single room appartment, 4th floor, with balcony, SUNNY!
Cost: 545 warm miete + 20 euro electricity
Kitchen anex with microware, sink, bin, fridge (you dont need to buy anything!)
Cool details: floor heating in the bathroom & room, everything is new and fresh
Furniture fee: 450 euro (Including 1 year old sleeping bed!)

FAQ:
Can I live there if I’m not a student? NO
Can more than 1 person live in the apparment? Only one person can legally register in this studio
Is there washing maschine? There is a washing maschine in the basement, together with dryers which are super good quality
Can I rent the appartment without furniture? NO :) I’m moving out of the country and want to get rid of them
