Big spacious room (25 m2) in my flat from 15 february until 1 may 2018 (500e ALL INCLUSIVE)

Hi,

I am renting a big spacious room (25 m2) in my flat from 15 february until 1 may 2018 (possibility to extend until mid July)
The space to rent consists of one large room (25 m2) with separate entrance just for you, spacious living room with open kitchen (28 m2), generous exquisite bathroom (8m2) and basement. No official registration possible (keine Anmeldung!).

The apartment is fully furnished and has all utilities: dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utilities, bed, shelfs, table, chairs.

The common space (living, kitchen and bathroom) is to share during the period of time I am in Berlin (15 march-4th april). During this time, I will occupy the second bedroom of the apartment, which is separate. I am 39 years old female, friendly and clean, not yet vegan (sorry).
For the rest of your stay, you will have the flat for yourself.

The flat is located on a ground floor (semi basement flat), with big windows and garden view.
It is located in a quite area, near Gruenewald, OlympiaStadium and ICC Messe (14 minutes walking).
6 minutes walking to S bahn (S9 Herrstrasse) and U Bahn (U2 Theodor Heuss Platz and U2 Westend)
This place is ideal if you like nature and calm neighbourhoods. Price for all inclusive is 500 euro/month, Internet inclusive.
There will be a contract in place. The guarantee to pay is 500 euro.
Please NOTE:
Only one person occupancy (no couple).
No official registration possible (keine Anmeldung!).
No pets, no smoking indoors, queer friendly.
