Gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung nahe Lietzensee

Ich bin für 3 Monate beruflich unterwegs und vermiete in diesem Zeitraum meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock (mit Aufzug) und verfügt über:
- einen Flur mit praktischer Nische,
- ein eigenes Bad,
- ein gemütliches Wohn/Schlafzimmer
- eine Küche mit Kühlschrank aber ohne Spülmaschine

Die Wohnung wir voll möbliert vermietet (Bett mit Matratze - 1,40m, Kommode, 2 Sessel, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch + Swapper, Schrank) inklusive Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Geschirr usw., ein Fernseher ist allerdings nicht vorhanden.

Ich suche nach einem*r zuverlässigen Untermieter*in für den genannten Zeitraum. Nach Absprache sind auch ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger möglich.

I am traveling for 3 months on business and subrent my cozy 1-bedroom apartment during this period. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and has:
- a hallway with a practical niche,
- a private bathroom,
- a cozy living/bedroom
- a kitchen with a fridge but without a dishwasher

The apartment is fully furnished (bed with mattress - 1.40m, chest of drawers, 2 arhairs, height-adjustable desk + swapper, wardrobe) including towels, bed linen, crockery, etc., but there is no TV.

I am looking for a reliable subtenant for the mentioned period. By arrangement, a few days more or less are also possible.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, animals and parties are not allowed. There is only outdoor parking, which you can get with a little luck.

Very good transport connections: U2: Sophie-Charlotte-Platz, Ringbahn: Messe Nord/ICC, U7: Wilmersdorfer Straße, S-Bahn: Charlottenburg are within easy walking distance in maximum 15 minutes; Bus: Amtsgerichtsplatz - 309, M49, X34 and X49 only a few steps away.
An Edeka is right next door, many other stores and restaurants are also within walking distance (Denn's Biomarkt; dm, Alnatura, Wilmersdorfer Arkaden etc.). You can also reach the Lietzensee after a few steps.
