Möbliert wohnen für (1 Person) / Furnitured 1-room appartment in CHARLOTTENBURG 1 Person only

Hallo zusammen,

meine Wohnung steht ab dem 01.09.22 zur Untermiete frei für 1 Person.
Der Untermietvertrag gilt zunächst für 1 Jahr. Im Anschluss könnte die Wohnung eventuell übertragen werden.

Zur Wohnung:
Sie liegt in einer sehr netten Gegend in der Nähe vom Olympiastadion. In ca 10 min bin ich am zoologischen Garten und 20 min am Potsdamer Platz.
Küchengeräte, Möbel, TV, Internet, Strom, sind vorhanden und In der Miete inbegriffen.
Bitte nur melden, wenn der Zeitraum auch passt. Je nachdem, kann es auch um einige Monate verlängert werden. Ist aber noch offen.
Ps. Sehr nette Nachbarn, einige nette italienische Restaurants in der Nähe, viele Supermärkte, Apotheken etc fußläufig zu erreichen.
Bei der Auswahl ist es mir wichtig, dass Menschen sich melden, die wert auf Sauberkeit legen und keine großen Parties veranstalten, ich würde die Wohnung nämlich gerne wieder so übernehmen, wie ich es abgegeben habe.

The contract will be for 1 year with an option for extension.

About the apartment:
It is located in a very nice area close to the Olympia stadium. In about 10 min I am at Zoologischer Garten and 20 min at Potsdamer Platz.
Kitchen appliances, furniture, TV, internet, electricity, are available and included in the rent.
Please contact me only if the period fits. Depending on it, it can also be extended by a few months. But is still open.
Ps. Very nice neighbors, some nice Italian restaurants nearby, many supermarkets, pharmacies etc within walking distance.
In the selection it is important to me that people come forward who value cleanliness and do not organize large parties, I would be very happy to take over the apartment again as I gave it.
