The flat is on the third floor facing south with a spacious balcony. The main room is 23 qm with access to the balcony, the kitchen is practical - fully stocked with utensils - and the bathroom has a bath tub and a window with natural light coming through. There is a washing machine in the flat that can be used freely.
I am leaving my bed and enough closets to fit your stuff. I am moving in the WG next door for now until January, potentially long-term - this depends on the person, who's room I am renting, whom is for now working abroad.
The flat is situated in the middle of Mierendorffinsel - a beautiful Kiez in Charlottenburg surrounded by water and close to the Charlottenburg castle. There are multiple shopping options to be reached in 10 minutes. The U-Bahn-Station Mierendorffplatz (U 7) is to be reached by foot in 6 minutes and Bahnhof Jungfernheide (S 41/42 + train going to main station Berlin) is to be reached in 12 minutes by foot. We have a few nice cafes and restaurant, but the area is not too crowded. Beautiful walks and great coffee can be enjoyed in the area all year around.
As mentioned I am subletting the room until the end of January. Depending on if I can keep the room in the WG next door (which is not my decision) the flat could be rented long-term. Some of my stuff will be put away but kept in the flat, since I currently can not fit all of it into my one room in the WG next door. The pink wall can be painted over if it bothers you (but I would appreciate a light color :D). The move-in date could potentially be moved towards upcoming Sunday - it really just depends on how quickly I pack up and put my stuff into my new room in the flat next door. I am open to finding a good solution that fits everyone. Obviously you will only be charged from the day you move in either way. Deposit is 500 €. Please mention your line of work or how you will pay for the flat in the messages you send me :)
