Studio FU Berlin - immediatly available until December 31st!

I'm doing an internship outside of Berlin and subletting my cute studio for 4 months. From September 5th to December 31st. I'm not trying to make any money you just pay my normal rent + 35€ for electricity + 35€ for hot water (the apartment has floor heating). A deposit of 600 for one month's rent + 150€ key deposit is required.

I treat everyone fairly but please understand that without a credit history or a work contract, it's almost impossible to rent accommodation in Germany. If you're from outside of Germany, you can prepay the rent for the whole time and move in without problems (Anmeldung isn't possible). Exchange students from Asia are welcome, there are also some Asian students already living in the building.

The studio is fully furnished. With a modern bath and a small kitchen area with a microwave and an electric cooktop. You're welcome to use my kitchen supplies. The 4G/5G reception is very good so you can use your phone for internet or just ask a neighbor to share their WLAN for 15€ (I do that)

The studio faces northeast so you have sunshine in the morning and shade in the afternoon.

NO ANMELDUNG is possible. We will sign an official sublease contract and you need to provide a national ID or passport and visa if you're not a European Union resident. This is a cozy apartment but it's just for 1 person only ( no animal friends allowed)! There are washing machines in the building and laundries nearby.

If you are serious about renting a viewing can be arranged. Rent for September will be charged from when you move in..
