29m2 semi-furnished studio apartment mit EBK at potsdamerplatz

Hello hello .. i just moved to a studio appartment 3months ago close to anhalter bahnof. I literally lived here for a month because the other two i was travelling back home. And now it seems the universe has other plans for me bc im leaving berlin altogether.

So perhps good news for someone who is looking for a place. Its a 29m2 studio. 10mins walking from hallessches tor(U1/U3/U6), möckernbrücke (U1/U3/U7), and potsdamerplatz (U2/sbahn). Anhalter bahnof is 4 mins away. M41 and M29 busses right there. Edeka is right next door and also a lidl and spätis right around the corner.

Full transparency: I pay 351,76€ per month (minus internet and electricity). And since the rental agency is involved in the subleasing process, they are gonna charge 50€ more. (Its what they said. i wont be keeping this money)

The only thing is since i havent been living here long, i never made an electricity and internet contract. But there is a cafe right next door, from where i usually work from or a restaurebt right downstaris. Its works just fine for me.

The contract will be untill mid april. So its a temporary fix for someone who really needs a place rightnow. And there could be a possibilty of an anmeldung aswell.. but i cant confirm that right now. And possibally a chance to rent the place for another year (but you have to speak to the rental agency themselves.)

The place is semi furnished. Bed (140x200). A sofa bed. And kitchen stuff. All what u can need. There is however no dishwasher or a washing machine. But there is a laundry mat 1 stop away.

The boxes in the photos will ofc be gone;)

The place is gonna be available for a visit tomo and until midday monday. Its super short notice i understand.. but i would like to have made a decision by tuesday and the place be ready to be moved in by october 29th.
