Sweet Little flat in the heart of Kreuzberg

Hello there!

I am a student renting out my 1-room flat in the centre of multicultural Kreuzberg from the 24. of April until the 5. of May because I will be out of town. The price is 250 Euro.

It is a simple but cozy apartment in 4 minutes walking distance to the underground station Kottbusser Tor.
The flat on the 4th flor has a Bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen, where you are very welcome to prepare your own food. The kitchen provides all the devices you’ll need.

If your not much of a cook, don’t worry, the area around is packed with restaurants and you’ll find cheap and delicious food at any day-or nighttime. :)

The apartment comes with fast WiFi suitable if you need to work.
Also there’s a washing machine, if you need to clean your clothes.

Attention: I really respect my neighbors and therefor wouldn’t like to host anyone who is loud or wants to throw party’s. The area is full of nice bars and most of the famous clubs, which are opening up slowly, that you can reach taking a short walk. So please respect this to be a refugium rather than your party spot. :)

Ich werde vom 24.04. bis zum 5.05. weg sein und werde in diesem Zeitraum meine sehr geräumige Einzimmer-Wohnung mitten im Herzen Berlin-Kreuzbergs vermieten!

Für 250 Euro könnt Ihr/Du Euren/Deinen privaten Space mit geräumiger Küche, Badezimmer und Waschmaschine beziehen. Die Wohnung liegt 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der U-Bahn Station Kottbusser-Tor. Verkehrstechnisch extrem gut angebunden (U8,U1,M29,104) und direkt im Epizentrum des kreativen Lebens Kreuzbergs mit unzähligen Bars, Cafés, Kunstgalerien und Restaurants mit Essen aus der ganzen Welt.
