[Furnished 32m2 studio] [Kreuzberg] [Available from June, 21st for long term]

Hello, hello,

My 32m2 furnished studio soon will be available from June, 21st. It is bright and very quiet with a view on the courtyard, with a bedroom, a kitchen/entrance and a bathroom with bathtub.

The owners rent it for 650€ per month (if you stay more than a year, otherwise the price is higher), to which you have to add the consumption of electricity, gas and internet at your expense (about 50€ per month for electricity&gas).

The studio is located on Yorckstr, very well served by the U-bahn and S-bahn (the U1/3, U2, U6, U7 and S-bahn are 10-15min walk away). There are many shops nearby: rewe city, edeka, lpg, small shops within walking distance, lidl, aldi, big rewe at about 10 min walk.

The contract is unlimited, and anmeldung is possible.

Most of the furniture remains as it belongs to the owners (fridge, equipped kitchen, desk and chairs, bed, small sofa bed, furniture, bedside table). I will take with me my washing machine, my microwave and my electric oven.

The owners are asking for:

Einkommensnachweise.
SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunft.
Selbstauskunft.
Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.
Arbeitsvertrag.
Mietbürgschaft.
