While we are travelling, our cozy and modern apartment will be available starting with the 30th of April till the 16th of May. The apartment can be rented per night at a rate of 60€/night depending on the window that is wished for.
We are looking for someone who is clean and responsible to live and take care of our apartment. A very important house rule is a no party policy. The place is ideal for one person or a couple.
The apartment is approximately 60 sqm, including a balcony to the inner yard and is located near the East Side Gallery (approx. 100 m). The living room is an open space concept with a nice kitchen and dining table that can also be used as a work desk. The bedroom is separated and also has a small work desk, where a second person might work during the day. The Wi-Fi speed is very good and works very well for home office. Since the apartment is facing the inner yard there's usually quiet in the evenings and a lot of sun in the mornings. The building (built in 2015) is very modern and has two elevators.
The closest S Bahnstation is Ostbahnhof, only 2 stops away from Alexander Platz. At Ostbahnhof there is also a Rewe that is open till late and even on Sundays. Penny and Rossmann are also to be found there.
The closest Bus station is 50 m, right across the East Side Gallery
The apartment can be viewed upon request either in person or through a video call.
