It is a one room apartment with a kitchen room and a bathroom, in the heart of Friedrichshain. It is in the third floor in the inner patio, making it super calm and nice. It is 35 m2, super cozy. It has already furniture but it is for you to decide if you want to keep it or throw it away or modify it or make and sculpture with it. Neighbors are cool, none a single complain to our noise or loud musik, and we can not hear them either. There is space in the patio for your bike to be safe.
Es ist ein Einzimmerwohnung direkt in das Herz von Friedrichshain. Dritte etage, bie der Hinterhoff, super ruhig. Es ist 35 m2 groß, mobiliert aber es ist ihre Entscheidung ob alles bleibt.
Es un piso de una habitación con cocina y baño en el corazón de Friedrichshain, muy bien! es un tercer piso con ventana al patio interior, lo que lo hace muy calmado. Los vecinos nunca se han quejado de nuestro ruido y nosotros nunca los escuchamos así que no hay problema. La bici la puedes poner en el patio interior, hay espacio de sobra y nadie se la roba.
The location is amazing! in the corner is the beloved Volkspark Friedrichshain, with its improvised raves, daily picnics on summer, and spring, and autum, open air cinemas, climbing walls, volleyball courts and more. The ring sbahn is 5 minutes walking,
and three trams, which go all night long baby, intersect in the corner, the m10, m5 and m6.It is in a beautiful middle, 10 minutes from Prenzlauerberg and mauerpark by tram, 12 from Alexanderplatz with the tram, 7 from warschauer with the tram, and 35 from Tegel or Schönefeld with the Sbahn (+bus in Tegel).
Die location ist aber wunderbar! Volkspark F-hain ist ganz in die Ecke, mit Freiluftkinos und spontan raves, Sbahn ring ist 5mins zu Fuß, m10, m6 und m5 kreuzen sie in die Ecke (sie fahren rund die Uhr). Alex ist 12min, Mauerpark 10mins, Warschauer 7mins.
La locación es increible! El parque de F-hain está en la esquina, y está muy bien que estee cerca porque en verano hay picnics todos los días, cines al aire libre, canchas de volley, tennis, raves espontaneos berlineses, montaña y lago. Olvidate del nightbus y del taxi, en la esquina pasan 3 trams, el m10 que viene desde warschauer y el m5 y m6 desde hackeschen markt pasando por Alexander platz y estos van toda la noche todos los días. El sbahn, el ring, está a 5 minutos, Landsberger allee. Warschauer está a 7mins, el mauerpark a 10, alexander a 12, todo con tram, esto es el centro lo demás son tonterías.
Netto, the cheap one, is two blocks from here. Kaisers is even closer, in the corner. There is a cheap hamburger and pasta place downstairs. Späti in 50 meters, Sterni 60cents.
Es gibt ein Netto, rot, und ein Kaisers in die Nähe. Hambuger in die gleiche strasse, Vietnamiche kuche 2 strassen weit.
Las compras se pueden hacer en el Netto rojo, el barato (caja de 25 Sternburg cuesta 8 euros), o en el kaisers, ambos frente al tram de la esquina.
