Quiet apartment with high ceilings and lots of charm. 40sqm in total space with a small square hallway, separate bathroom and combined kitchen/bedroom.
Located in the Hinterhaus, the view from the windows (see picture) looks on to the courtyard.
All furniture you see in the pictures will be there except the mattress, piano and hallway shelve.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Unfortunately no couples.
Located on Gärtnerstraße directly on Boxhagener platz. Really lively area with lots of bars, restaurants and weekend markets directly on your doorstep. Apartment is in the Hinterhaus and is really quiet, you can't hear any noise from the streets.
2 min walk to M13
5 mins walk to U5 Samariterstrasse
15 mins walk to S+U Warschauer Strasse
20 mins walk to Ostkreuz Station
Rewe, Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt and Aldi are all withing 5-10mins walk. Späti directly on the corner.
No Wifi
No big oven but there are hotplates and a mini oven. I have lived here for 2 years, I love to cook and I find the appliances great :-)!!

New shower curtain and main room curtains.
