Parknahe 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Friedrichshain

Liebe(r) Suchende(r),

im August bin ich für zwei Wochen unterwegs und suche eine entspannte Person, die sich um meine Pflanzen kümmert. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Du musst nichts mitbringen. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht, dafür könnt ihr mit einem kleinen Tisch und Klappstühlen vor der Wohnung sitzen und das Treiben auf der Straße verfolgen.
Ihr wohnt in der Zeit komplett alleine in einer entspannten Nachbarschaft, d.h. ihr könnt abends lauter sein und keiner wird sich beschweren. Im Innenhof steht eine Tischtennisplatte, die von allen genutzt werden kann. Von den Nachbarn sind zum Großteil alle sehr jung und man bekommt nichts mit.

Dear folks,

in August I will be away for two weeks and I am looking for a relaxed person to take care of my plants. Everything is available in the apartment. You don't have to bring anything. There is no balcony, but you can sit in front of the apartment with a small table and folding chairs and watch the hustle and bustle on the street.
You will live completely alone in a relaxed neighborhood, which means you can be noisy in the evening and no one will complain. In the courtyard it is table tennis which everybody can use. From the neighbors are for the most part all very young and you get nothing.
