- Thursday afternoon 28.06 (only upon invitation)
- Saturday afternoon 02.06 (only if not taken on Thursday)
I had a tennant before that had a change of mind so it is free now again.

I am a private landlady, so you are not dealing with any big housing issues. Of course the Wohnungsverwaltung is there for issues, but legal things for the move in we can discuss.

You still need :
Mattress (I can supply a used one)
Kitchen supplies (currently empty kitchen)
Fabrics (Towels, curtains, pillows)
Washing machine: currently not in the 10% furniture price - separate agreement needed
(or I offer a “buy it” when you move out at a previously agreed price)

Contract in German
6 months min. stay
1 year contract / lease
3 month notice period (only after the min. stay)
Lease renewal foreseen after inspection of property after 1 year, theoretically therefore unlimited flat!
