Perfect location - 1 bedroom flat in Warschauer Str for five month (and probably more) - 900 EUR/month - 37sqm - No anmeldung

I am renting my flat for at least 4/5 months (maybe (and very probably) more) as I have to come back to France quite urgently.

The flat is 37sqm big. The main room has got about 20 square meters and includes aloft bed (180 x 200 cm), a sofa which is convertible into a double bed, an additional armchair as well as a wardrobe and two dressers. Of course, there is an internet and telephone flat (phone flat only for calls to German landlines).

The bathroom is rather spacious and includes toilet, basin, shower and a washing machine for use.

The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. oven, toaster and kettle, with of course all cooking supplies).

The apartment is situated in asidewingof a nice building in Gubener Straße in Berlin-Friedrichshain (nearby Comenius-Park). U-Bahn (Metro U1 and U5),S-Bahn (Warschauer Str with all major inner city lines) and Tram (M10, M13, M21) are within a two-minute walking distance. Same is true for a large number of cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Supermarkets like Rewe (open 24h a day!), Aldi, Lidl and organic food markets are also only minutes away.

Monthly rent is 776,00 EUR. Additionally, another 124,00 EUR are to be paid on a monthly base for electricity, gas, mandatory nationwide tv/radio fee (GEZ) and phone/internet access. (so 900 EUR in total) You also agree to a deposit of 1700,00 EUR. (a bit less then 2 months)
