Hello, lovely people,
I'm going away for an uncertain amount of time and am looking for somebody to take care of my home directly at the Boxhagener Platz. Even though the neighbourhood is quite active, the apartment itself is oriented to the inner garden, so it's super calm.
The apartment is furnished and has all the basics needed for living: cookware and tableware, fridge, microwave, washing machine, steamer, robot hoover, etc. As part of my belongings will be staying there during that time, I'm looking for somebody reliable and respectful, who:
- is willing to stay at least 5 months, preferably longer (we can do 1 month notice for both parties)
- is able to move in around mid-March
- can prove their income (either a job contract, bank statements or an equivalent)
- doesn't need Anmeldung (sorry)
- has no pets (sorry, not allowed by my contract)
The price is 900 Eur with everything included (rent, utilities, internet, etc.), deposit - 1300 eur.
Boxhagener Platz is one of Berlin's attraction points, with loads of cafes, restaurants (especially vegan) and bars around. It's very well connected and convenient, but also quite Berlin-trashy :)
Please write me a short intro about yourself, when would you be able to move in (earliest / latest) and how long you'd like to stay for. The clearer the information you provide is, the better it is for both of us. In case there'd be some questions - let me know, I may edit the ad accordingly to cover these.
The visiting times with will be Sunday afternoon (5th of March), and the evening of Monday, the 6th of March, I will invite around 10 people and write to you personally. Apologies, if I won't be able to get back to you all in a timely manner.
