Me and my partner are moving and we're subletting our sunny apartment available immediately until end of February (around 27th. Final date is negotiable). You can also please feel free to share with friends and family who might be looking for a place to stay.
It's a very bright neubau apartment (even in the winter!) with three dome windows and a large open balcony from which you can contemplate the Spree river and take some sun during the afternoon. All rooms get natural light everyday. It is placed in a nice looking pre-war historical building (Old Spindlersfeld laundry industries).
The property is a very cosy 46 sqm flat with a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom. It counts with modern floor heating, air conditioner and basic amenities, including a coffee machine on the kitchen, a comfortable sofa-bed in the bedroom and the furnitures you can see in the pictures. You can come to visit the apartment on the same day.
There's a laundry room and a bike garage available in the building which you can use. Cats are allowed. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
The apartment is located in Kopenick (near Adlershof and the Union FC stadium) at Carl-Spindler-Str. 15 - 12555.
There's a Rewe supermarket on the area, plenty of nice parks (wulheide, muggelsee, mellow park, ...) and you can use the nearby S-bahn Spindlersfeld station (S47) to reach S Neukoln in 20 minutes and most of the mitte highspots in around 45.
It is also located by the shore of the river near the main touristic attractions on the kopenick neighbourhood - including the rathaus and the schloss - and it is honestly a very beautiful area.
The rent price with all amenities + 1000 mbps cable internet is 1039,05 euro per month (full amount to be calculated based on your entrance and exit dates)
