Cozy Studio Apt. in Kreuzberg Dec-Feb

I am renting my studio apartment from Dec. 10th to February 25th 2024. It is a 40 sqm, fully renovated, full of plants, bright apartment.
Rent is 850€ a month, all inclusive: rent, supplies and good Internet connection. For the months of December and February you would only pay the proportional amount. We could also discuss bike usage in case you needed it. A refundable deposit of 600€ is required.
The apartment consists of one single big room with enough space for differentiated areas: kitchen and dining area, big couch area, working station and bed corner. All is renovated, bathroom included. Big windows that face a courtyard, so there is absolutely no traffic noise.
There are plenty of plants that will need some love and attention :) You can also see how bright it is but please have in mind that these pics are taken in November and there is still direct sunlight. In winter months, there’s still a lot of brightness, but barely any direct sunlight.

About you: respectful, clean after yourself, non-smoker and plants lover preferred (this is important. If you don't know your way around plants, please refrain from applying). FLINTA and LGBTQ+ people to the front of the line.
