appartment in kreuzberg (wrangelkiez)

hello and hallo,

i live in paris at the moment and so i subrent my appartment for at least two months, possibly up to 6 months or even beyond that.

it has a big hig nice room with wodden floor and a big mezzanine. underneath the mezzanine you can store your stuff so that there is enough space to hang on the armchair out or lie in the hammock in the open space of the room. the kitchen has a table for two people and is seperate and of course there is also the bathroom.
the flat is extremely central but at the same time quiet because it is in the dead-end of the cuvrystrasse; in 3 minutes you are in the vivid skalitzer straße and the wrangelkiez.
i am by contract permitted to subrent the appartment so there is no hide and seek going on and you can put your name on the door and on the letterbox.

i am looking for somebody reliable who does not smoke.
