gut eingerichtete Zimmer in kreuzberg

Hallo!
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einen Zwischenmieter - weiblich oder männlich (gerne auch ein Paar), verantwortungsbewusst, rücksichtsvoll, sauber und ordentlich.
Die Wohnung:
2 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung mitten im Kreuzköllner Kiez
78 m³, 3. OG, Mitte:
Die Wohnung wird zur Zeit teilweise saniert, sowie komplett frisch gestrichen!
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 78 m³ groß. Wir (mein Freund und ich) behalten uns vor, ein Zimmer 25 m³, für uns zu nutzen. Allerdings werden wir im genannten Zeitraum so gut wie NIE in Berlin sein!
Zu Verfügung stehen:
Dein Zimmer mit 28 m³ und großen Fenstern, 1 Bad, 1 Küche, 1 Balkon. Typische Altbauwohnung hohe Decken 3,30 m, Dielen (außer das Bad), voll ausgestattet und
eingerichtet mit u. a., ausgestattete Küche (keine Spühlmaschine), Schreibtisch, Regale, Bett, Kleiderständer, auf Wunsch ein TV möglich.




Miete:
Die Monatsmiete beträgt 600 €. Dies beinhaltet alle laufenden Kosten! D. h. alle anteiligen Betriebskosten wie Winterdienst, Müllabfuhr, Hausmeister sowie Strom und Heizung. Die monatliche Miete von 600 € ist eine Pauschale, die alle Kosten deckt somit für den Zwischenmieter keine Nachzahlung entsteht!
Eine Kaution von 500 € wird bei Einzug benötigt!

The apartment is currently partly refurbished , freshly painted and fully !
Overall, the apartment is 78 cubic meters in size. We ( my boyfriend and I ) reserve the right to use a room 25 m³ for us. However, we will NEVER be as good as in Berlin in this period !




At disposal:
Your room with 28 m³ and large windows , 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen , 1 balcony . Typical old building with high ceilings 3,30 m, flooring ( except the bathroom ) , fully equipped and
decorated with , among other things , equipped kitchen ( no dishwasher ) , desk, shelves , bed , clothes rack , on request, a TV possible.




rent:
The monthly rent is 600 € . This includes all running costs! This means that all pro-rata cost of winter operations , waste disposal, as well as electricity and heating. The monthly rent of 600 € is a flat rate , which thus covers all costs for the intermediate tenant no additional payment is created !
A security deposit of 500 € is required at move in!
