die Whg für 1-2 Personen ist sehr zentral gelegen und befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem Görlitzer Park - ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ihr Aufenthalt in Berlin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, wunderschöne Spazierstrecken usw. sind ebenso per Fuß schnell erreichbar. Trotzdem können Sie sich in der Whg (1 OG Hinterhaus) wohl fühlen, das Haus mit ihren Bewohnern ist sehr ruhig. Meine größte Erwartung ist das es so auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes bleibt, weil die Nachbarn lärmempfindlich sind.
Die Whg wird als vollmöbliert untervermietet, alles außer Internet ist also vorhanden. Es gibt ein Doppel-hochbett und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Bei Interesse und weiteren Fragen melden Sie sich an besten per Handy (ab 19 Uhr während der Arbeitswoche und egal wann an Wochenenden) oder schicken Sie mir eine Nachricht auf wg-gesucht.

I am subletting a cosy, quiet and fully furnished apartment just next to the Görlitzer Park for 1-2 Persons. This location is an ideal starting point for exploring Berlin. Shops, bars, restaurants, lovely walking routes are all in the nearby and easily reachable per foot. The apt is in the backyard house on the 1st floor and you will only be expected to avoid making loud noise, because the neighbours are very noise sensible.
The apt is completely furnished, but without internet (internet shop is within 3 min walking distance – 30 min cost 50 Cent).
