A sunny beautiful studio in Xberg (@ Südstern) with 2 bikes!

Eine wunderschöne moderne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung/Studio mit viel Sonnenlicht wartet auf Euch!
Beim Bedarf stehen 1-2 Fahrräder für Euch zur Verfügung!

Die Lage ist einzigartig – genau zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln (=> Kreuzkölln), die mit ihrem Multikulti-, Hippie- und Studenten-Flair viel Kultur, Kunst und live Musik “anlockt”. Der coolste Stadtteil um Berlin kennen zu lernen, mit vielen Restaurants, verschteckten Bars, Kneipen, Clubs und in ein paar Minuten ist man zusätzlich noch entweder in einem schönen Volkspark Hasenheide (mit einem kleinen gratis-Zoo und vielen Spielplätzen für Kinder!), am Landwehr-Kanal (wo man im Sommer auf der Admiralsbrücke Wein trinken oder dienstags+donnerstags am Türkenmarkt frischen Obst+Gemüse einkaufen kann!) oder im Tempelhofer-Flughafen-Feld! Dieser ist seit den letzten Jahren das
Lieblingsort aller Berliner! Die Wohnung liegt nur ca 50 Meter entfernt von der U-bahn (u7, “Südstern”) und oberhalb von dem “Edeka” im Erdgeschoss (also Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um die Uhr bis 22 Uhr nachts vorhanden!)
Der Gegend ist ruhig, entspannt und sehr grün – die meisten Strassen mit Bars etc. sind einige Minuten entfernt (Gräfestrasse, Weserstrasse). Man kann also innerhalb weniger Minuten die schönsten Bars und Konzerte zu Fuss erreichen, später aber trotzdem ruhig einschlafen, ohne den ganzen Lärm aka Weserstr/Kotti :)

In der Wohnung gibt es ein bequemes Doppelbett und eine zusätzliche Gästematratze. Das heisst, prinzipiell können da drei Personen übernachten. Genug Handtücher und neue/frische Bettwäsche sind selbstverständlich ebenso da!

Leider keine Waschmaschine, dafür aber genug saubere Bettwäsche & Handtücher für 1-2-3 Monate vorhanden und der nächste Waschsalon 500m entfernt.

In der kleinen Küchenecke ist alles Nötige (Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Geschirr, Weingläser etc.) da, auch die Basislebensmittel wie Olivenöl, Salz-Pfeffer-Zucker-Gewürze, Kaffee, Servietten, verschiedene Tees etc stehen Euch zur Verfügung.
Ein sehr schnelles + zuverlässiges Internet! Dafür aber eine Fernseher-freie Wohnung.. ☺ Bei zusätzlichen Fragen einfach kurz nachfragen! Ich freu mich auf Euch!

A beautiful and very sunny one room apartment / studio for rent/sublet in the popular neighborhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukölln, lovingly called "Kreuzkölln" these days. The hippest and most lively neighborhood in town!

If you want - I can also offer you 1-2 beautiful old east-berlin bikes for you to use during your stay (no extra costs!) :)

The location is perfect – it is green and peaceful but within couple minutes by foot you will found yourself in the middle of bars, restaurants, international & organic/biological food markets, galleries and little clubs.

The colourful neighborhood is full of students, art and music scene and has a multicultural flair. A huge beautiful park called Hasenheide Volkspark is just around the corner - it also has a little zoo [for free] and many playgrounds for kids! Within 5 minutes you can find yourself drinking wine on the Admiralsbrücke, taking a stroll at the Landwehr-Canal or shopping fresh fruits-vegetables-handicraft at the Canal’s so-called Turkish Market (every Tuesday, Friday, Saturday). Or you will have a small picnic in the vibrant Görlitzer Park or take a little walk to the old Tempelhof airport, which was opened couple years ago as a huge park – a favorite spot of all Berliners from the neighboring suburb in the summer! Also - the East-Side-Gallery (the longest piece of the Berlin wall), the river Spree and all the classical sightseeings are closeby!
The studio is just 50 meters from the metro (u7, blue line “Südstern”) and above of a nice supermarket (open 7am-10pm) which makes everything even more easier and enjoyable!

There is a comfy double bed plus one “guest-mattress” so theoretically at the moment three persons can sleep in the studio. Unfortunately no washing machine, but pleeenty of bed sheets & towels for 1-2-3 months there and washing salons 500m away.
In a small kitchen corner you will also find everything you need (modern appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans). Also the basics like olive oil, salt-pepper-sugar, spices, coffee and tea will be there for you to use!
A very quick wireless internet but no TV! But – there’s way too much to see in Berlin anyway – you wouldn’t have time for TV! ☺
