(No Provision) Sunny, Quiet, Studio Apartment near Kottbusser Tor

* Likewise, it's a three minute walk to Gorlitzer Park u-bahn (u1) and ten minutes to Kottbusser Tor (u8).
* The area is studded with great coffee shops, hipster bars and clubs, delicious vegetarianeating options, co-working spaces, and tech start-ups.

* The apartment is unfurnished, BUT I'll give anyone willing to move in immediately my old double bed, large wardrobe, kitchen shelves, and bathroom cabinets.
* 1 room, which means one bedroom. In fact there are three rooms: large main room, kitchen, and bathroom.
