* The area is studded with great coffee shops, hipster bars and clubs, delicious vegetarianeating options, co-working spaces, and tech start-ups.
* Bio supermarket right around the corner.
* The apartment is unfurnished, BUT I'll give anyone willing to move in immediately my old double bed, large wardrobe, kitchen shelves, and bathroom cabinets.
* 1 room, which means one bedroom. In fact there are three rooms: large main room, kitchen, and bathroom.
* 41 square meters in size.
* 2G (/third floor in English-speaker tradition)
* Rent is 507 per month. Additional running costs (e.g. heating, common area cleaning) are pre-paid at 99 per month. If you go easy on the heating you'll get a decent chunk of this back at the end of the year.
* No provision. I recently moved in to my girlfriend's place and I'm looking for someone to fill my old lease so I can cancel it earlier.

IMPORTANT/WICHTIG: Your application will not be considered unless you *already have* all the necessary documents. Sadly, no exceptions. I don't need to see these personally, but the landlord will want them immediately.
