Gemütliche Wohnung in Kreuzberg oktober bis märz/charming & cozy Kreuzberg Apartment october-march

ich verlasse die stadt für ein halbes Jahr .jemand muss auf meine blumen aufpassen währed ich in reykjavik bin, und auf carl, den tiger. darum vermiete ich meine schöne gemütliche 1 zimmer wohnung in kreuzberg vom 1.10.2018 bis zum 1.03.2019. preis: 650 euro im monat . (wenn die daten nicht genau passen, fragt nach! ein, zwei Tage mehr oder weniger ist kein problem!) wunderhübsch, am fuße des viktoriaparkes, 5 min vom Park am Gleisdreieck entfernt, super anbindung an alle möglichen stadtteile, (U6 Platz der Luftbrücke, U7 /S-Bahn Yorkstraße) geschirrspüler, waschmaschine, wellnessdusche und nette nachbarn!! super allein, oder zu zweit, wenn man in einem bett schlafen mag (140x200cm). meldet euch bei interesse! oder bei fragen! herzlichst, christin

dear folks! i am leaving the city for 6 months, therefore i am renting my beautifull 1-Room apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg 61,from october 1th 2018 til march 1th 2019, 56m², 650 Euro per month. (if the dates are not perfect for you, please ask me, one or two days longer or shorter renting should not be a problem!) the apartment is located in a quite street, close to parks, bars and public transport, w-lan connection, washing maschine, dishwasher, balcony, sweet neighbours!

The apartment itself is perfect for a single person, but will also accommodate a couple if you don´t need much space. The big room (30qm) has wooden floors, and high ceilings to give you space to breathe. The apartment is located in the side wing of the house, facing towards a big and green backyard, therefore it s very quite inside, perfectly for you to sleep or relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped, fell free to use everything with all the spices and toys to enjoy your meals. You´ll find everything you'll need. It has a small balcony where you can enjoy your time, too.

With only 5 minutes walking distance you find two great parks: the Viktoria Park and the Park am Gleisdreieck.The nearest metro stops are Yorkstraße (U7, S-Bahn, 13 min walk) that will take you west to Schoeneberg and Charlottenberg, or east to Neukoelln, and Platz der Luftbrücke (U6, 10 min walk) that takes you to Friedrichstraße within 10 minutes. There are also several buses abound which can get you to places like Kufürstendamm, Tempelhofer Feld, Neukölln or the central bus station.
