Hello, I am offering my 1 room apartment for rent. I am living here for a year now and highly invested in this place. I was very happy here but I am now relocating due to work.

+Location :It is located on the beginning of Graefestrasse, just before Maybachufer and kottbusserdamm. Many bars and restaurants are available just outside the door, the turlis market is also outside the door and the fabric market on saturday. The canal is also a pretty place to sit and relax in the summer. Supermarkets are also outside the door- Netto and Edeka. If you are young and want to enjoy Berlin this is definately the place for you.

+Ubahn: The U8 ubahn schoenleinstrasse is right outside the door and u1 kottbusserdamm and u7 hermannplatz are in walking distance.

+Apartmet: 1 room apartment, 34 M2, hinterhouse, 4th floor. Full of light and very quite, and unlike other backhouses- there are no apartment windows in front of you on the other side of the hinterhof therefor you have complete privacy. The price of the apartment is 416 Euro per month, which is an excellent price!!! The house company are nice people, always helping and friendly. There are also other costs for the apartment: 20 Euro monthly for the electricuty and 25 eu monthly for internet, in the end of the year it will go up to 35 monthly- this is the contract with the internet company which I will transfer on your name.

+Facilities: The house has a Bycicle room on the gound floor. The heating is central, which means there is always hot water with no need for an electric boiler, laundry stand. It has also a built in kitchen, with a small refregerater and a small storage room.

+Furniture: You will be getting a COMPLETE furnished apartment acquiped with everything dishes to a washing Maschine. I newly painted it mint color in the bedroom and one wall in the kitchen light blue, bought high quality furniture (everything is full wood- no ikea shit) and decorated it very schickly. I am looking for a renter who would take the apartment as is- with the furniture and everything in it. This means: Sofa, coffee table, night stand, desk, drawers, office chair, kitchen table and chair, bed, big standing lamp, closet, bedroom and bathroom mirror, shelf, bathroom closet, curtains, shoe close, brand new washing Maschine, dresser, big hand painted mirror, lamps. Even small products like plates, cups, cottlary, pots and pans, electric water coocker, ironer, etc. the price for all of this are additional one time payment of 2500 eu.

+Contract and requiremnts: The contract will go on unlimited from 5.10.2017 You will sign a new contact with the Hausverwaltung and will become the Hauptmieter (main renter). There is also a Caution fee which is 3 months rent. You need to be a EU citizen or have a long visa, and have a salary of minimum 1500 EU monthly. Also you will need the following documents: EU passport / visa, last three paycheck, job contract, Mietschuldfreiheitbescheinigung, schufa (jetzt beantragen) .
