I'm looking for a tenant, who wish to sublet the flat for at least 1 year with a possible extension of the arrangement. ALL EXPENCES ARE INCLUDED in the price:

The flat is in a top central district close to Checkpoint Charlie and to Hallesches Tor Metro Station, its on the 6th floor, it has an amazing view, it's sunny and warm the whole day. Moreover it's renovated and has modern furniture.
If u want to rent the flat there are some conditions:
Only for the people that had all the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Mieterselbstauskunft und Gehaltsnachweise (salary at least 3 times the rent)!
Only for one person!
No pets, no parties.

This wunderful one- room appartment is on the 6th floor and has a nice balkony! When the sun shines, its totally bright during the whole day. The flat has big windows, from which you can enjoy the open view!
The kitchen is very practical, because its not so big to clean, but enought to enjoy cooking! The bathroom has a bathtub. The main room is bright and cosy with a big , comfortable double bed and a nice sofa!
There is a washing mashine, a fridge and an oven.
The feeling you have when you are in the flat is very positive :)
The flat is located in the Mehringkiez. You can reach the Hallesches Tor station (Lines U6, U1 und U3) in 3 minutes. These three Ubahn lines are very practical, because they can lead you to Charlotenburg (Kudamm), Mitte (Friedrichstrasse), Friedrichshain (Warschauerstrasse), where there are many options for shoping or going out. You can reach the station Mehringdamm ( Line U7) in 6 minutes and the Anhalter Bahnhof ( Sbahn lines S1, S2, S25) in 10 minutes. In 2-5 minutes by foot you can also find the bus station for the M41, M29, 248.
In the Mehringplatz there is an EDEKA supermarket just 3 minutes away and an open air market every Thursday, where you can also find fresh fish! In the Mehringplatz there is also an small arabic supermarket with good variety of vegetables and fruits in good prices- open even on Sundays!
If you need a huge variety you can walk 10 minutes till the LIDL supermarket in Stressemann.
The flat is available for only ONE PERSON to rent it.
You will have to gain at least 3 times the rent.
The visits will take place on the following dates:
12.8 between 12:00 and 18:00
13.8 between 10:00 and 13:00
14.8 between 17:00 and 21:00
15.8 between 17:00 and 21:00
22.8 between 12:00 and 18:00
