Studio in Kreuzberg/Mitte

Hi everyone!

From of the 1st of March I will have to give away my beautiful apartment in Kreuzberg Berlin. The Apartment is located at the Köpenickerstraße 43, in my opinion a super location! The bus stops in front of the door and walking to the u-bahn station Heinrich-Heine-Straße also won't take you longer than 10min. Furthermore you are pretty much in the middle of the centre where supermarkt and amazing nightlife is no longer then 15min away by foot!

The apartment itself is situated inside 'The Fizz', a student complex with a pretty much 50/50 mix of internationals and Germans. Inside the complex is a great vibe where you can life how you like. You can do your own thing on your room, but if you are up to socialize then this also won't be any issue in this apartment.
The building has two communal spaces and one of those will even provide you with a big kitchen if you want to cook for a bigger group. (this is on top of the kitchen which is in the apartment itself)
Downstairs we also have the cellars which have a laundry room to wash your clothes and a big bike garage to store your bike if necessary.

The apartment itself is located on the ground floor and is about 23 square meters. Moreover it will provide you with everything you need. It has a small kitchen, bathroom (with only a shower), desk, enough wardrobes to store your clothes and of course a bed!
The nice part about this apartment is that it is located on the ground floor and so you will have opening doors to the garden which you can just step into whenever you feel like. Don't worry about your privacy, cause it is located in the corner where nobody will pass your window ;).
