Schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung nähe Gleisdreieck

I'm on holidays for a few weeks and want to sublet my place.

If you're interested, let's have a chat about the details and organise a time to come and view the flat. Because it's a pretty last minute thing, I would need to do a viewing this Sunday and from there I could let you know pretty much immediately if it would work. The rent price is per month and would be broken down to the days you're actually renting. I'm relatively flexible with the date, so if you want to come a bit later, that's no problem too, but obviously a longer stay is preferred to cover costs.

The flat has a well equipped separate kitchen, bathroom and a big living room/bedroom with des. Everything you need is here with the following:
Desk (with a 27 inch screen if you work from home)
Wifi (directly in the apartment, so no need to share)
Double bed
Washing machine
Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven
Places to sit
A table to eat at

The deposit would be one months rent and will be transferred back when I arrive back from my travels (I come back on the 31st of January, so this will be fast)
