Ich suche eine Wohnung, auf die alles alles Folgende zutrifft:
- unter 420€ warm kostet (bei zwei Zimmern bis 470€ warm)
- im Wedding oder innerhalb des Rings liegt
- im Vorderhaus mit Fenstern zur Straße liegt
- alte Doppelkastenfenster aus Holz besitzt
- vor 1932 gebaut wurde

Ich biete: Ziemlich ruhige Hinterhauswohnung trotz Lage direkt am Görli (200m zur U-Bahn). Man hat jede erdenkliche Infrastruktur im direkten Umfeld (inkl. des Falafels mit bestem mir bekanntem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis). Mit dem Rad bin ich in 15min an der HU.
Hausverwaltung war bisher sehr unkompliziert. Eigentümer*innen halten sich an die Mietpreisbremse.
Die Wohnung hat ein eingebautes Hochbett (muss übernommen werden) und eine Einbauküche (kann übernommen werden). Ich hab für beides zusammen damals 800€ an den Vormieter gezahlt.

- costs less than 420€ warm (for two rooms up to 470€ warm)
- is situated in wedding or within the ring
- is situated in the front building with windows to the street
- has old double box windows made of wood
- was built before 1932

I'm offering: Relatively quiet flat in the back of the house despite being located directly at Görli (200m from the U-Bahn). You have every imaginable infrastructure in the direct surrounding (including the falafel with the best price-performance ratio known to me). By bike I'm at HU in 15min.
Housing company has been very uncomplicated so far. Owners adhere to the Mietpreisbremse.
The flat has a built-in loft bed (must be taken over) and a kitchen (can be taken over). I paid 800€ for both together to the previous tenant.
