Bright, quiet furnished 1-bedroom in perfect location! (Kreuzberg/Neukölln) - 3 months

(English below - no "Anmeldung", this is a short-term sublet).

Ich vermiete kurzfristig meine schöne Wohnung in Kreuzkölln (Gräfekiez) unter, da ich beruflich verreisen werde.

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, mit separater Küche und Eingangsbereich. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, alles wurde erst 2021 gekauft: Bequemes Doppelbett, Tisch mit Stühlen, Kleiderschrank mit genug Platz für deinen Kram, etc. Ich nutze die Wohnung auch als Home-Office, daher habe ich einen großen Monitor, den du auch gerne nutzen kannst.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Backofen, Toaster, Blender, etc.), sowie einer Bar - schön, wenn man beim Homeoffice mal die Position wechseln möchte ;) Das Badezimmer ist innenliegend, hat aber eine automatische Belüftung, sowie eine Waschmaschine.

Die Wohnung hat drei große Fenster mit Blick den ruhigen Hinterhof. Morgens direktes Sonnenlicht im Sommer, aber heizt sich kaum auf. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradschuppen, der abgeschlossen wird.

Es wäre toll, wenn du meine Pflanzen in der Zwischenzeit gießen könntest :)

I'm subletting my lovely home in Kreuzkölln (Gräfekiez), as I will be travelling for work. I'm looking for someone calm and reliable.

The apartment is one bedroom, with a separate kitchen and entry area. it is furnished with: Comfortable queen-size bed, table with chairs, wardrobe with space for you, etc. I use the apartment also for home office, so I have a large-screen monitor you'll be welcome to use, too.

The kitchen is relatively new and quipped with everything one needs (oven, toaster, blender, etc.), as well as a bar table - nice if you want to switch positions during home office ;) The bathroom is interior but has an automatic ventilation, as well as a washing maschine.

The apartment has three large windows looking into the trees and balcony of the quiet backyard. Direct sunlight in the morning in summer, but usually the apartment doesn't heat up. There's also a bike shed for secure storage in the building.

I also have a couple of tropical plants - please be so kind to water them in my absence :)
