Hello! I am looking for a male ERASMUS student to replace me on the lease for a very affordable and friendly student dorm room, right next to the Lankwitz campus of the Freie Universität. RENT IS ONLY 250 EUR/MONTH! The room is comfortably furnished with a bed, desk, shelves and lighting. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The kitchen is shared with the neighboring rooms.
The building also includes a student bar, fitness/exercise facilities, beautiful outdoor areas (including grills), a hobby room and bike parking! It is also excellently connected by bus.
If you are interested, please let me know ASAP! It is one of the cheapest ways to live in Berlin!

The dorm is located quite close the the Lankwitz Campus of the Freie Universität. Also nearby are Gemeindepark Lankwitz, Marienpark and the Rathaus Steglitz shopping/cultural area.
