Cosy room in international flatshare 25m2 (13.04-06.06)

Hello! from 13.04 we are sub-renting a private room in our flatshare. The room is very nice, cozy and green with plants. It is fully furnished, with an amzing creative vibe. The surroundings are very close to the Berlin ring and really quiet. The flat is shared with with two other very nice women. We are quite relaxed and candid persons and both interested in humans from all over the world. We are both working and sometimes more or less busy or sometimes traveling.

The owner of the room is away in Amsterdam and would like to sublet her room for 6 weeks. There might be a possibility that she visits in order to pick up some of her things- But that will coordinated in advance.

Everyone is super friendly and the house is really relaxed. We are looking for someone coming for a creative break or a working holiday and wishes to check out Berlin in the summer.

Alltogether we share the bathroom with a bathtub and a commonkitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge and a washing maschine. The corridor is long and offers more stocking space. The flat also offers a delightful backyard for walks and rest. There's also a bigger park next by for jogging and nature. Cafés, Bars und Restaurants are only 1 station by train at Ostkreuz (Ringbahn).

This flat is close to S Nöldnerplatz and not that far from S+U-Lichtenberg.

Parks, groceries stores are very close by and also the amazing garden makes recovery possible! ;)
