Schöne Lage, nettes Haus, Fahrstuhl.
insgesamt 75qm, 3 Zimmer, jedoch bleibt 1 Zimmer leer und das 3. Zimmer, mein Arbeitszimmer, abgeschlossen
Aus Rücksicht zu den Nachbarn, besser nur an eine Person.
Homeoffice möglich: WLAN: 1000 mbit/s.
Wegen Einlagerung unserer Sachen, Fotos noch mit folienüberzogener Möbel.
Aufgeräumt bei Übergabe, Sofa bei Bedarf (s. Klappsofa auf Foto) sonst nur Bett. Weitere Schreibtische möglich.
Frei zur alleinigen Nutzung: Küche, Bad, Flur und das größte Zimmer der Wohnung (ca. 24qm).
Die Nachbarn sind leise, keine Hellhörigkeit.
Eventuell 1-2 Monate zu verlängern.

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Basics, Salz, Öl und Essig, Topf, Pfanne.
Günstige Restaurants auch gleich um die Ecke.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Decken, Kissen bei Bedarf vorhanden.

Wegen WLAN wird ein Arbeitszimmer von mir als Hauptmieterin bei Bedarf tagsüber genutzt, voraussichtlich nur 2 Stunden an 1-2 Tagen in der Woche mit vorheriger Ankündigung mit Nennung der ungefähren Uhrzeit. Siehe unter "Sonstiges".

Free for sole use: kitchen, bathroom, hallway and the largest room in the apartment (approx. 24sqm).
The neighbors are quiet, no noise.
Possibly extendable by 1-2 months.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, basics, salt, oil and vinegar, pots and pans.
Cheap restaurants also just around the corner.
Towels, bed linen and blankets, pillows available if required.

Because of WiFi, a study room will be used by me as the main tenant during the day if necessary, probably only 2 hours on 1-2 days a week with prior notice stating the approximate time. See under "Sonstiges".
