Sublet available Dec 20 to Feb 26 in uber-convenient Mitte with awesome roommates

Hey everyone, my cozy room in a centrally located flight in an awesome and musical WG is available to be your home this winter. The apartment is newly built giving us a great elevator, new appliances, and well insulated walls, making it ideal for the winter.

We are looking for someone who fits in with our friendly WG atmosphere, who is clean and tidy and will contribute to the maintenance of the flat, and is also a mid-20 working professional.

The room:
The room is fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe (in the hallway), and a desk with an office chair. It faces the sunny south side with a view on the green & quiet yard.

Location:
The apartment is located super close to the subway station "Märkisches Museum" in Mitte - on the border to Kreuzberg. The area is quiet, yet super central and you have everything you need around you (supermarkets, restaurants, parks, bars etc.).

WG-Life:
The apartment is currently the home of 3 people (and a bunch of plants). I'll be leaving soon and you'll share the apartment with my two lovely flatmates. Eric (training to be a lawyer) will be in the apartment for most of the season and Salome (consultant in sustainable supply chain) will return at the end of January. Both work about 50/50 from home and office. During the week we like to share a coffee, our lunch break or watch TV together. On the weekends we both enjoy a mix of being out and relaxing at home. Overall we are clean, easy going and I'm sure we'll get along well. Just come by some time soon to have a chat and we will find out if we vibe :)
