Subletting my cosy 1-Room Apartment close to Alexanderplatz

Hallo suchende/r,
Mein kleines Apartment oder Studio wenns fancy klingen sollte, hat alles was man so braucht. Eine kleine Einbauküche, ein Bad, ein sehr bequemes Bett, einen Balkon und sogar ein Fernseher. Es ist eigentlich ein Studentenkomplex aber es leben auch Nichtstudenten hier. Trotzdem ist es nicht die ruhigste Nachberschaft. Es liegt fast am Alex was nicht unbedingt für die Umgebung spricht aaaaber dafür für die ÖVI Verbindung. Die Lage könnte echt nicht besser sein, egal ob man in Friedrichshain, Prenzlberg oder in Kreuzberg ist, mann ist immer zeitnahe Zuhause.
Leider ist die Wohnung zu klein für Hunde und Katzen.

My little apartment or studio, if it should sound fancy, has everything you need. A small kitchen, a bathroom, a very comfortable bed, a balcony and even a television. It is a student complex, but there are also non-students living here. Nevertheless, it is not the quietest neighborhood. It is located close to the Alex, which does not necessarily speak for the neighborhood, but for the ÖVI connection. The location could not be better, no matter if you are in Friedrichshain, Prenzlberg or Kreuzberg, you are always at home in no time.
Unfortunately the apartment is too small for dogs and cats.
